L’Oréal announced that they acquired Urban Decay, a brand known for its colorful pigments and the largest independently owned color cosmetic company in the United States. Adding to L’Oréal’s luxe portfolio of brands including Clarisonic, YSL Beauté, and Lancome, Urban Decay is a more youthful, edgy addition to the cosmetics giant.
