MANILA, Philippines – Property giant Ayala Land Inc. is plowing P12.5 billion into the development of its 1,860-hectare “eco” city in Sta. Rosa, Laguna over the next five years.

This, as the company expects “Nuvali” to contribute significantly to its revenues in the future, said Ayala Land vice president and Nuvali general manager Jun Bisnar.

Last year, Nuvali generated P3 billion in revenues, primarily from the sale of residential lots. So far, Ayala Land has invested P8.8 billion in the mixed-used project, its first and largest master-planned eco community.

To transform Nuvali into the next regional center south of Metro Manila, Bisnar said Ayala Land has lined up several residential, hotel, commercial and office developments in it.

The property firm will launch housing projects under its three brands — Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land and Amaia.

Likewise, the company is also expanding the retail segment of Nuvali to add a 10,000-square meter commercial complex called Solenad 2.

A hotel called Kukun, which will cater to businessmen and leisure travelers, is also currently being constructed. The hotel will have 150 rooms, of which 129 will be standard, and 21 will be suites. It is slated for completion by the last quarter of 2013.

Other developments in the pipeline will be recreational, including wildlife and bird sanctuary, bike trails, an events place and a wake park.

According to Bisnar, Ayala Land has so far developed 45% or about 845 hectares of Nuvali’s total land area.

ANVAYA Cove is a 320-hectare exclusive enclave, nestled against the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges.

Famed for its rich history that celebrated the heroism and hardships of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II, Bataan is now made famous for the scenic beaches and resorts lining its peninsula—a welcome respite that is a mere two-hour drive from Manila.

The throng of developments that have sprung up in the province, however, has given local and foreign tourists alike with varied choices—from the scale of amenities and facilities to recreational activities.

So how do you find that “distinct leisure experience”?

Ayala Land Premier ensures tourists will “fall” in love with Bataan through its pioneer residential leisure development, Anvaya Cove.

Exclusive enclave

The 320-hectare exclusive enclave, nestled against the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges, promises existing and future members a unique leisure experience of paramount exclusivity, premium resort amenities and most notably, proximity to a bustling regional hub known as Subic Bay Freeport.

At the same time, Ayala Land ensures to protect and preserve Anvaya’s pristine natural surroundings and its immediate environs with sustainable “green” practices—a sure thumbs up for nature lovers.

Catleya Moya, Ayala Land Premier head for residential business and leisure, explained that the Anvaya Cove complements Subic’s own development andevolution as one of the country’s most comprehensive business, commercial and leisure destination.

Rising regional hub

“As it stands, Subic’s accessibility and infrastructure, which blends seamlessly with the province’s natural topography and rich history, defines it as a rising regional hub. Ayala Land Premier’s play into its development is part of our overall vision to establish mixed-use growth centers in key parts of the country,” Moya added.

Moya also pointed out that Anvaya Cove’s proximity to Subic “focuses on how easy it is to enjoy everything that it has to offer, while still having access to the urban conveniences of a thriving city. The idea is to create spaces where residents are able to enjoy a leisure experience like no other through the fusion of elements found only within Anvaya Cove.”

ANVAYA Cove is a 320-hectare exclusive enclave, nestled against the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges.

This sprawling development, which is minutes away from the Subic Bay Freeport, features a distinct landscape where mountains meet the sea, as lent by Anvaya Cove’s natural topography.

Newest neighborhood

Anvaya Cove offers panoramic sea and mountain views—exceptional sights that can be best experienced through the Sea Breeze Verandas, its newest neighborhood.

Located at the highest ridge within the Anvaya Cove community, this low-rise condominium community provides ready-to-move-in units for convenient and hassle-free living.

“Given the virtue of its location, each unit in the Sea Breeze Verandas will have spacious balconies where residents can best enjoy their lush surroundings and panoramic views of Ilingin Cove and the South China Sea, as well as, the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges,” Moya said.

Residents of the Sea Breeze Verandas can also make the most out of the exclusive amenities such as a landscaped garden and a swimming pool built on its generous open grounds.

Housekeeping services of the Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club can likewise be availed by unit owners to ensure the ease and efficiency of maintaining each Sea Breeze Verandas unit.

The development further offers ease of ownership even for foreigners.

According to Ayala Land Premier, the distinct features of this latest development within the Anvaya Cove are in fact, well-received by the market. And due to its rising demand, the Sea Breeze Verandas launch last year is now followed by the development of its third building.

Ayala however pointed out that what the Sea Breeze Verandas is offering formed just one facet of what the whole Anvaya Cove development can provide to its exclusive community.

For that “complete leisure experience,” Anvaya Cove’s panoramic views are accompanied by well-appointed amenities that mix nature with modern yet nature-friendly activities, including its very own Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club—an 18-hole all-weather championship course set. Other guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities, accessible through extensive gym facilities, sports courts and a beach and nature club.

2011 in review: All About Beauty

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Syndey Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 32,000 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 12 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
