Ever Bilena is one of the best eyeliner in market today and i really love to use it to my clients. this is highly recommended by Top Models and Beauty columnist in the Philippines. The shade is black which delivers a charcoal/ carbon like black. The texture is smooth and creamy and glides on easily on the lids. It doesn’t smudge as long as you set it with powder. The price for the shorter pencil is Php68 or around  and the longer one is Php88

 

I am really amazed with this product!  I love,  how it glides easily on the lids and how creamy and pigmented this is! This eyeliner really makes the eyes stand out and attractive. And you know what?  this could last for a long time, even up to a year!

 

This may be well pigmented and easily glides on, but the sad thing about this is that this is not smudge proof or water proof. So, you have to be mindful that you should not rub my eyes when you have this on or else, I will end up with raccoon eyes! BUT, that could be wiped out and smudge easily and great for smoky eyes or the Kim Kardashian look 🙂
Even though this is not a long-lasting eyeliner, I really love how pigmented this is! again you will have a very stunning and attractive eyes with this.  it is very affordable and indeed  very unbeatable!
