Membership dues: estimated at Php5,500/month with a consumable amount of Php500.00

Holding period of five years – the member can sell his share after the Club has fully operated for five years.

Automatic dependents: spouses; unmarried children below 21 years of age to be reconciled with cut-off age with the Beach & Nature Club

Reciprocity model will take effect only upon completion of Golf & Sports Club – if golf member wants to use the Beach & Nature Club, ALI can assign a class B share to him until completion of the Golf & Sports Club.
