To qualify, you must be:

1. A single lady, 17 to 25 years old
2. A Filipino citizen, minimum 5’6” in height with pleasing personality
3. At least a high school graduate and of good moral character

Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply in person and to submit the following requirements upon application:

1. Original birth certificate (authenticated by NSO)
2. Certified true copy of high school diploma
3. Philippine passport (if any)
4. Close-up and full body photos
5. Written consent from parents if 17 years of age
